Y pipe question

I am planning to install a warpspeed y pipe and wonder whether or not it will fit my stock cats. Also will the check engine light come on?

my CEL came on the next day after installing the Y pipe.

i ended up spending 20 bux on an o2 simulator to get rid of it - no biggie.
