Spark Plugs / Coil Packs / Fuel Filter.. muffler?

I recently got a Warpspeed Y-pipe Installed on my 99 Max SE (CA). Got her nice and detailed(she's so clean and smells great lol), new tires, tranny flush and oil change, New Cone Air Filter for my hybrid intake, 4 new o2 sensors... so today on my free time I popped in 6 new NGK Platinum Sparks, and 5 new coil packs. ( just had one replaced 3 months ago)

I went ahead and turned the car on and believe it or not I noticed a sound difference when revving the engine a little. Much deeper w/ a nice growl. I didn't know coil packs and sparks could make that much of a difference in perf. I was running low grade bosch sparks before.

Took her up and down my street giving her a bunch of gas that she'd take on the length of my road.

Well next step is this...(it's a link)

Warpspeed Hi Flow ODBII/EPA approved cat

I'm also looking for a nice muffler and i guess the pipe after the CAT.
Nothing too Farty/Ricey. Looking for a nice Single Tip Purr/growl. The pipe after the CAT is "b-pipe?" or called something else? Any Suggestions?

I have SS AutoChrome headers, Fed. Spec Y, Magnaflow High-Flow Cat, Budget B-Pipe (you should get it), and an OEM 4th Gen Muffler (you can get this too if yours is really rusted) and my car has a nice low, not loud, rumble to it when idling and when I get on it you can definitely hear the beautiful sound of the VQ.

i think the Y pipe added the most "growl" that you hear.

while i was still running the stock exhaust setup, the y pipe gave my car like a gurgling/puttering noise, but since ive put a dynomax on the rear, it has a really soft hum.

NGK Iridium Plugs

I recently replaced my stock platinum plugs with NGK Iridium IX plugs. The difference was immediate...My car revved up a LOT smoother and just a tad bit faster. There is a downside to these plugs: One, is cost, i paid $8/each! Two, A day after i installed the plugs my CEL light went on for a voltage code for one of the coils. From what my mechanic told me was that these plugs put out more spark and consequently more power demanding more from the coil, hence the code. Coils are expensive too 75/ea for the front ones and 55/ea for the back ones.
