ECU Question

I havea convereted max to 5spd. I want to get a 5spd FED spec ECU. as im searchign ebay they give differnt modelnumbers how do i kno which will fit my car i have a 99 FED w/o a LSD, id like to ge the ecu that has no limiters on it.

Not sure if that will work. You know that your 99 Maxima has an immobilizer circuit built into the ECU. 95 does not have this feature, and it may cause problems when you replace the 99 ECU with a 95. Maybe someone who has done it before will know more, sorry.

IIRC the immobilizer is a separate unit. Perhaps someone else can verify this.
