"Tune-Up in-a-can"
Just purchased a marked down Revive Tune-Up in-a-can I would use on my 98 Maxima.
Just confused about instructions:
1. Disconnect vacuum hose at engine. (There are several. So which one)
2. Insert tapered end of nozzle tool into vacuum hose. (Fair enough)
3. Attach can to actuator end of the nozzle tool. (What does this mean?)
This product is "manufacturer approved" Really?
Any advise?

An actual tuneup would be cheaper than the damage you can cause using garbage like that in your car. It's not an old chevy large block that you can beat to crap and back, it's a finely tuned fuel injected engine that shouldn't be garbled down with cheap products that only temporarily cover up the root problem.
Tune up in a can can't magically fix a cracked plug wire boot. It can't magically remove high temp glazing from a spark plug. It won't magically clean your entire throttle body out.
Get some wrenches, borrow some tools from a friend, and get to know you car personally.
It's worth it.

Something tells me this product is analogous to deep creep or Seafoam. Check out this forum post. There may be helpful info on it for you.

My suggestion is to return it to the store though. Good luck
