Rear right window rolls up, but only slides down

the rear right window rolls up fine, but when i roll it down, i can hear the motor going down but the window either just sits there until i pull down the windows with my hand or it slides down slowly not on its tracks... anyone know what it might be the problem? i took apart the door, and it looks like its still on the track, but maybe it might be the motor or regulator?

im going to vote regulator. with the door panel off you should be able to see what the problem is. Its not the motor if you can hear it working and it brings the window up. junk yard is your friend.

so you guys are positive its the regulator? because the motor works, its just that the window will go up, but when i press the switch to go down only the motor goes down and the window just falls slowly unless i push it down myself
