Please Help. Car feels studders when driving.

I hope someone can help. About 2 months ago, my car died at a light but I had a fully charged battery. It was fine when I had it in park, but when I dropped it into drive, the rpm's dropped and it stalled out. I did research and checked the battery. Here's a list of things I have done to the car so far since the first incident...
1. Cleaned throttle body
2. Changed fuel filter
3. Cleaned IACV and changed the gasket.
4. Changed the oil
5. Replaced the air filter
6. Replaced my knock sensor.

I have no clue what to check for next. I checked out the ecu and got the O2 sensor code and previously got the knock sensor code. Could the O2 have anything to do with my problem?
Please, any information would be appreciated. Thanks

Is it still doing it, or did it just do it that once?

O2 and KS are the only codes you have? If so, disregard them, those won't be the issue.

What does it idle at?

I have that same p;roblem. I have no money to fix the problem, but I'm guessing that its my tps. I have never changed it, maybe the previous owner did, but not sure.
