VLSD swap

I had a crappy rebuild done about 4 years back, the tranny was leaking after about 6 months (no more warranty)...I try to refill it from time to time but it won't stop leaking so at this point, I just figured I'd let it go until it can't anymore and go with the VLSD instead of rebuilding it again. Any reccomendations of where to purchase the VLSD?
Thanks 4 your help!

Auto or manual?

Have you determined what's leaking? Could be something as simple as axle seals, pan (4AT), nicked sealing surface on the case, etc. It will more than likely be cheaper to just fix the current leak than buy and install a VLSD trans.

In any case, unless you want to spend 2 or 3 grand at Nissan, the only real options for buying a VLSD trans are junkyards or classifieds on Nissan sites.
