clunking noise turning left, when giving it throttle

Now before u all start responding. I have changed my axles, strut mounts, strut bearings, outer tie-rods, sway bar links, tires are balanced, and I got an alignment. I still get a (clunking?) noise ONLY on LEFT turns and ONLY when I am giving it throttle, if I let off the gas I can make a left turn without the noise at any speed. If I do the same left turn giving it gas it starts "clunking". Now the only option I have is inner tie-rods, they are not leaking but I have no idea what else it could be. The car also seems to shake left to right a bit at lower speeds. I dont know if that relates or if that is a wheel bearing issue, ball joint, or a grabbing caliper piston. Can someone help?

Just a guess. Check your passenger side control arm. See if it looks something like this...
