So, I have the ABS pump, and I have the ABS sensors on the wheels... Yet the ABS has never worked on this car, in fact I didnt know I had ABS until today when I decided to clean the grease off the ABS pump and realized what it was.

I don't have any lights indicating problems with the ABS system.

So how do I make it work, especially since the ABS light never shines (maybe dead bulb?)

how do you know it doesn't work? have you locked up your brakes? check your fuses and relays

Check the fuses first, but most likely your bulb went out from it being on so long just like my CEL. Go to a parts store and get the bulb. Easy as cake to do. Another way to see if it works is to go to a parking lot when its wet enough to slide and you'll know that way. ABS usually makes a semi loud noise. You'll know. Cheers!

I know the ABS doesnt work because I've locked the wheels on plenty of occasions. The first time I locked my wheels on the highway was when I was approaching a car pile-up, and I slid 20 or so feet, I've always pumped the pedal ever since.

Which fuses/relays are for the ABS system?

im not sure if my car has the abs. Sometimes i can slam on the brakes and i dont slide at all but other times i do and i lock up the wheels. O well.
