Suspension Problem

I've noticed that when I drive there is a very noisy hum that comes from the front driver side tire. I've also noticed that it gets noisier when I make left turns but not when it makes a complete 90 degree turn, it also does not happen when I make a right turn. My cousin told me that it may be a tie rod, one friend told me that it could be a ball joint, and my other friend said that it could be that the tire was not balanced.

any ideas?

All of the above could also be a wheel bearing.

If you search there are a lot of similar threads around that will explain how to diagnose and fix what ever the problem is...sounds to me like a wheel bearing tho
