Did you look at the FSM? BT12-BT14 clearly describe how.

Or the Haynes? 11-15 through 11-19 show it as well.

ok....... I need some help please!!

i removed ALL the SCREWS and NUTS holding onto the dash... problem is..... on the passenger somewhere around the air bag... it seems like something is still holding onto it.. when i try to pull towards me, it wants to come out, but it feels like theres a clip holding onto it..... what can this be? am i missing a screw? and yes i did pop the little vents off to get the two screws out.. the FSM doesn't show much... in fact it was missing places where there were screws... so i am stuck here... so if anyone has anything.. that would be great!
thanks

Assuming you're having problems pulling the passenger side airbag, pull the glovebox and get your head up in there. There are some pretty tricky screws hiding up there holding the airbag in place. Study and stare for a good minute, you'll see them.

T-50 tamper-resistant torx socket. The only place I found that had the size you need was sears. When I took my dash off to do my heater core I removed all the screws. It will look like this when you are done
