95-96 Clear/Red tails. If you make them, Greg Will come....

I as well as Greg (Custommaxima) know alot of people are interested in having Clear/Red taillights for their 95-96 Maxima. I think it's time we get the same benifit as the 97-99 Maximas, and clear out our fugly orange lense. . All Greg needs is someone to come forward who is in this business or knows someone who is who can get these produced. Who would be willing to buy a set of these. What do you guys think ?

Good idea Craig, just to let you know I already did some research on it, and since clear taillights are no longer available the only choice is to make the mould from scratch. The lowest quote I got for a injection moulding is $50,000 per side. A big price for a not so big market. That is why no manufacturers have done it yet. But more power to you buddy for trying. If anyone finds them I will be happy to sell them on my site.

APC clears no longer made?

Damn! I'm glad I picked up my red/clears (DavidL) in September. I guess waiting the 2 1/2 months for 'em wasn't that bad either... Man do I L-O-V-E the red/clear tails. I'm always staring (then smiling) at my baby's backside whenever I get a chance--almost to the point of embarrassment.

I guess it is not possible to clear the stock lenses right? I don't know how they are really.... But if it would in anyway be possible to clear the stock ones, then you can just put a flourescent cover into the top portion and paint the bottom.... but i guess it doesn't work right...

50 G's Wow. Maybe they should try scouting for potential buyers. They could be making some good business...

Having orange lenses blows. I guess I will just be an e-bay vulture and hope to get lucky...

I got a group deal going on, 10 sets of 95-96 style red/clear tailights to be made by DavidL.
