Have you taken a look at the rear brakes at all?

By horn sound do you mean your horn goes off? More likely pads have moisture on them that often causes noise, no big deal. Should go away as soon as pads are dry. Also if brake pad shims were not installed could have some excess noise.

i think on the pad depending on the brand their are like little metal tabs on the that come incontact with the rotor to let you know ur pad is worn down but if it si making a horn sound from what i rember (this happened to a customer of mine) the tab isnt sharp it is rounded on the edge and it should be square and nice and sharp to you can hear the high pitch squeek when u break

If it sounds like an elephant lol...then yes it's just moisture.

You must be a young driver....like 16 years old young. It's a common thing to hear during cool/damp days...your car is fine.

The famous 4th gen reverse brake moan. Some have it, some don't.
My BMW 330i did it all the time as well, especially in the mornings.

Just make sure everything is in good working order back there, then ignore the noise, it just might go away after your pads are used a while.
