Front Bumper Lighting Idea

I dunno if this has been done before but I decided to photoshop it and GIF it to see what happens.

Here is the original picture:

Version 1:

Version 2:

And here is the intended outcome with an LED (switchback LED):

What do you guys think?

I think it looks ok. I wouldnt want it on my car, because I like the white corners, but its your car. I do like it though.

Interesting idea! I wouldn't do it on my car, just personal preference I guess, but that is interesting. Just curious, how would you get a bumper without holes for the turn signals?

You'd bondo it or something of that sort. Not hard to screw something in from the inside, fill in the cracks with bondo or similar material, sand it, and repaint the bumper. Would look OEM.

Don't like it sorry. Good idea though and I don't think it's ever been done.

I can probably photoshop it but keep in mind I have projectors in that pic. It might take time too. I need a picture of a lip from that angle.

i personally love the look of no bumper lights. i tinted mine completely black, it looks like they're not even there. but you can still see the bumper light. if i could make it "flat" or fill that in like in your photoshops, that would be cool.

A LED bulb from V-Leds (seller) on Ebay (type in Vleds and you'll get their stuff). It has like 24 small LED's. They have that blue/white color, red, amber.

Are they lit? You got any pics of them at night?

they still light up, although the marker on the side (fender) has been disabled purposely. So the actual blinker lights up fine and shines through the niteshades perfectly. Ill try to get a pic tomorrow night, and try to catch it at the right time while its blinking.

Not the same thing but I'm seriously considering something similar to Audi R8 led-strip to replace bumber lights.

Interesting idea, but it does kinda "dumb down" the look of the front end. Makes it look more like an altima, as someone said.

I thought you were gonna sell your maxima though?

People. I'm NOT doing this to my car lol. I was just bored at work.

As for the sale of my car, if someone offers me a good price in line with what I want, I'll sell. But more than likely is me keeping this car as a DD/eventual 2nd car.

Trying to be more like an I30?

Also, Ive seen this bumper idea done in person and it looks like ***. Makes the front look taller chunky.

But as many have stated, I wouldnt personally do it, but I do like it.
