Anyone have 4th gen steering rack part numbers?

My boy over at my local junkyard has a 99 infiniti i30 steering rack laying around that he said I can have. I'd like to do the 97-99 se upgrade if he has the right rack. I did some research and found out that the i30's have the same rack as the se except for the base automatic model. Problem with the rack my boy has is we have no idea what kind of i30 it came out of so if anyone could help me identify the rack he has, i'd greatly appreciate it. To make things even worse, the part number sticker is partially torn off so i'll give what I have to try and help. I know most if not all nissan part numbers contain #####-###### or something similar. What I have is OU5Z- ?10478. If anyone knows which rack we have please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Can you take a pic? That's not a Nissan part number, the part codes (first set of digits) for the rack is either 49001 or 49200.

Sure. I'll post pics tomorrow. I didn't know there was a visual difference between the two but yeah, I can deffinately take pics if it will help. I figured it might be a infiniti part number unless I'm looking in the wrong place. Where exactly is the part number located? Is it stamped on the rack itself or is it on a sticker?

Try to clean the rack off, there may be a part number stamped on the housing. It could also be on a sticker, but that'll likely be long gone.

Either way, get some good pics of the rack and of whatever stickers may be there.
