MY christmas Gift (yay/nay?)

yea so this is what my girlfriend got me...[/IMG]
[/IMG]
[/IMG].....she bought them for ****($475.00)**** ALL 4 with tires (18" with 2" lip), from one of my friends who bought them for his max at **($1,500)****...the reason he sold them so cheap is because he traded in his max for an EXTERRA, I KNOW!! BOOO....but yay for me RIGHT????...he only had them for 2 mounths then winter came and his max went.

Great Deal so tell her good job.

Not a big fan of Black Wheels though.

I think it's an age thing. I'm an old guy who grew up with Chrome (Crager SS's and KeyStone Classics). Then I grew up and now like alloys. All the kids in their 20's that work for me have black rims on their Hondas and Mitsu's and such.

They don't look bad, just not my style.

+1 so even if you dont like them you better mount them bishes up and take her out in your ride. unless you want to end it then tell her they are fugly and you gonna sell them. and run for your life.

Actually, if you strip and paint them silver they wouldn't be too bad, IMO.

The question was 'is it a good deal' not 'do you like them'. It was/is a good deal.

Hm they're ok. Might go with your theme. Not sure though. Throw them on, snap a few pix, then we'll decide. It'll help you decide too.

Dude, you don't have a choice. If your GF went through the trouble to gift them to you, you have to put em on and like em whether you like it or not. Like a bad sweater from your rich aunt at christmas time. If you want the inheritance, she's gotta see you wearing it no matter how hideous.

Then if you *really* don't like them, find a pothole, bend one, and you're done
