Manual Trans Re build in NJ

My axle seal keeps leaking, even though i changed the seal a few times. Its inevitable but i guess i have to rebuild my trans. Its a 98 5 speed.
Anyone in NJ who can do this or any shops?
I am in North NJ but willing to drive for good service.
Thanks

I'm 2 hours away and I have some references. Mapquest zip 17028.

I don't own a shop. I work in my garage at home, but I specialize in Maxima 5 speeds, I'm cheap, and I take my time to do things right. I do a better job on a Maxima than any generic transmission shop or dealer, that is for certain.

I can get a core and rebuild it in advance if you want to get it all done in one trip. There is a great maxima guru near me who can change the trans for you if you need that too.

PM me for details.

You do VLSD transmissions too?? I would be wiling to drive all the way out there just to have one rebuilt. It will be a core transmission that I will have sent to you first for a build and I will probably pick it up myself. I am kind of a ways but I am looking for an honest individual to do good work and ofcourse help out on the pricing. Pm me and let me know.
Thanks.

I can rebuild VLSDs too. I have a few spare VLSD parts hanging around in case your core needs more than bearings and seals.

I definitely prefer to rebuild cores and have some time to work on it. Rebuilding a transmission while the car sits torn open and people are waiting makes tends to compromise the product.
