'START SIG'?

Notice the 'ST' next to it, it only gets power when you're cranking.

Here's a recent post dealing with it:

The 7.5 fuse that should have been there some how was moved in between "ACC" and "IGN" So I took the 7.5 fuse and moved it to "ST" and now my max fires right up!!! I have no idea how that fuse moved.

Thanks for everyone's help.
And for everyone that is having the same starting issue - Go check your fuse and make sure it's not blown or missing or damaged.

By won't start do you mean does not crank at all? Any clicking noise or just dead? Maybe a faulty starter or drained battery?

He's got a couple of threads on it, it just doesn't want to turn over. Last I saw he had it narrowed down to an ECU issue.
