bad alternator history, ignition seems weak, should i be concerned about this...?

so my alternator broke down on me recently for the 2nd time. after the first time the mechanic installed a new re-built alternator. the car ran fine for almost a year, but it recently died again. lucky for me the rebuild part and labor was under warranty.

i just got the car back about a week ago and everything seems fine (like it did the first time). however sometimes when i start my car, it seems sort of laggy? it doesn't consistently give me a strong start. for the most part it seems okay, but i just seemed to have noticed that this was the case before when the alternator died the second time. is this even an alternator issue?

should i be worried? the battery is okay as well

95 GLE

thanks!

sounds like it could use a ground strap to the starter from the negative terminal. Was the battery tested or is it just newer?
