Well...
If you're going to replace it Sexima, why not go Carbon-fiber? Do you know how heavy the stock hood it? Try lifting it without the hinges. 
Carbon fiber is $500 + shipping (which will be alot because FiberImages is in California). And it would look good on a white car too.

My daddy won't let me... 
He is the one paying for it so I really don't have a choice...
