Few issues with a 1997 Maxima

*NOTE* I tried searching here and googling and nothing specifically answered these questions.

I have a 1997 maxima that has a few issues. I have a picasa web album to see the pictures of what I am talking about here-> http://picasaweb.google.com/mgargano/Maxima#

Question - what color is this maxima? I can't seem to find the colors the 1997 maxima came in, via google or the search... If it's there I am sorry but I didn't find it!

Issue #1
- Antenna - there is no antenna on this car - I bought a replacement antenna on eBay - however it did not screw in - I tried plumbers tape - however the base piece did not even reach the threads - maybe the black piece in (http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo...eat=directlink) and in here (http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo...eat=directlink) are stripped? Should I buy a new power antenna piece? I see they are ~30 on ebay

FIXED! Issue #2 - Scratches and scuffs - fixed!!

BEFORE http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo...eat=directlink

AFTER http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo...eat=directlink

THANKS TO http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo...eat=directlink

Issue #3

The rear view mirror has been smashed up a bit, see these pics:

http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo...eat=directlink

What's my best bet to replace this? Junkyard? Marketplace threads?

Again the full album is here:

Thanks so much guys!

Color: CG2: Pebble Beige Metallic
Antenna: You should have just left it without 1.
Scratches/Scuffs: Wash, Claybar, Light compound, Wax. (Those should buff out)

Pretty much

Also OP, why didn't you just look up the color code on the VIN plate?

Didn't even think of that!

What do you mean by --
as far as - You should have just left it without 1.

I can't get AM without it - and I listen to nothing but AM!

I'd rather deal with no AM radio then the problem that you have now.

Great! How can I tell if I have heated mirrors? it's a 1997 GLE - I dont see any buttons to turn it on - where would it be?

Regardless, even if I have heated side-view mirrors - would I be able to install non-heated mirrors?

I don't really care about them.

Thanks!

the outside heated mirrors come on when you turn on your rear defroster switch.
