DropZone struts with Sprint springs ?

I found Dropzone struts and springs combo for dirt a$$ cheap. I also found just the struts for even cheaper. The Dropzone springs give a 2" drop front and rear so would it be a bad idea to put Sprint springs on the Dropzone struts? (Sprint springs also 2" drop)

From what I've read, Sprint makes DropZone.

Are you getting the sprints for cheaper, why not just go with the DZ combo?

In any case no, there's no real difference between the two.

Did you even search?

About the struts:

About the springs:

1 word: GARBAGE. Don't get the struts or springs, save up for better quality stuff. And IBTL...

^^ wat he said...

dropzone springs are garbage and i wouldnt even consider them... many users have said that they dont drop as much as they say and they sag in the rear... there was also a thread a while back on them snapping in half, which is very bad from a quality standpoint...

I'm talking about the shocks not the springs. I have Sprint springs waiting for a set of shocks.

hmm never seen anyone wit DropZone shocks...

but for Sprint springs i would ONLY recommend adjustable shocks such as Tokico Illuminas, Koni Yellows, or KYB AGX's.

these springs drop 2" all around which is no problem for the rear but could possibly bring the front set-up too close to the bumpstops. this could lead to suspension bottoming, especially with weak shocks.

Have you measured the DZs and compared to the stock springs?

Made sure they were assembled correctly?

Failing that, have you not given DZ a call?
