UMMM.... What kind of plugs are you using, are they NGK and what kind of NGK's your using, If It's Iridium
than I can understand that, because my car warmed-up fast but over heating, there has to be something
wrong with the cooling system. I think more info will help.

Outside of the grammar/spelling/syntax discussion (which I found fairly humorous), is it possible that before you changed them out, one of the plugs was not firing?
Not sure how a misfire would have caused an overheating situation, but it might be a possibility.
