It's pretty straight forward really. Unbolt, seperate, push the old joint out, press the new one it. Have fun with the retainer clip. Mine was rusted into the arm, but I finally found it. You have to remove the axle from the hub to get room to get at the ball joint. Hope you have a 36mm socket.I actually did a write up for 3rd gen with pics, its NOT that different aside from the ball joints being pressed in and held with a snap ring vs 3- 19mm bolts, I believe it was in a thread created by vqmaxman or something like that. If you decide to search for it, its in the 3rd gen section and posted around Christmas time 2 years ago or so
