hey org members, any suggestions for a good aftermarket car alarm with remote starters? im not looking to spend more than 4-500. any input will be appreciated. thanks

 

Go for the Viper alarm and auto starter. Viper is made by one of the biggest company called DEI. DEI makes like 80% of the auto alarm in the market. Just find a good install place. You can get one for that price range. Good luck!

I'm using the Viper 800 with remote start but for the money the 550 w/remote start is a pretty good deal and is closer to your price range.

 

You might want to take a look at the pager alarms. I don't have one of these myself. I found out about it after I got my alarm installed. Looks pretty cool though.

go with Clifford G4, Concept 100-400 they are GREAT, and I'm sure the audio peeps would agree, but its a better alarm than the Viper...

 

I highly recommend the Clifford stuff as well. I've got an older SuperNova II in my Maxima and a Concept 100 in my '02 TL-S, both with remote start. Awesome alarms. FYI, Clifford got bought out by DEI as well so now DEI is making both Viper and Clifford.
