Looks like a 97-99 B pipe to me.

I though it was called the S-pipe? The '97-'99's have that extra pipe cause the O2 sensor isn't in the cat.

Indeed, that is the S-pipe.

20031-0L710, $60.19 each at Courtesy

Also, it was only on 06/98+ (MY1999) Fed spec, and all 07/96-06/98 (MY1997-1998).
