Possible Bent/Warped Upper Oil Pan?

Possible Bent/Warped Upper Oil Pan?
I know that this is HIGHLY unlikely, but is it possible to bend or warp the upper oil pan? I ask this because I recently rebuilt my transmission (many thanks to Jtzmax and Dave B.) and while I had it all apart, I replaced all the lower seals on the motor as they were all shot as well. I got the car back together mid-late March or early April. The problem was that not 1000 miles later, I had oil coming from the engine around the rear main again. I know it was engine oil because of color and smell. So I rip it all apart and sure enough, as your looking from behind the motor, the left side was weeping/leaking oil. Bummer. So I reseal it again and this time make sure I have used enough RTV on that side as well as the rest of the pan. All is well. Until this weekend, I get back under it and notice that there is a little bit of oil where the engine and trans mate again!
I'm hoping and praying that it is residual, but I know I cleaned it all up very well the second time around. What am I doing wrong here?
Now the reason I wonder if the pan is outta wack is because back in the winter the first time I took it off, I thought it was stuck on there pretty good and was prying with a fair amount of force on that one corner and the pan would not come off. I then realized I didnt have the A/C bracket removed and also the alignment tabs were stuck pretty good as well. Could this prying caused my pan to get warped? If so, I would think that with enough RTV that it would seal up properly, right? I did loosen the pan bolts in the proper order and tightened them in the proper order and to spec as well. What am I missing??
Sorry for the long winded post and thanks in advance

As you said, I can't see warping the upper pan as likely at all.
Did you make sure everything was cleaned up beforehand (RTV all scraped off)? No gouges in the oil pan/block mating surface?

The only gouges were on the bottom side between upper and lower and that is as dry as a bone. ALL of the old RTV was scraped off, mating surfaces cleaned with laquer and immediately put on so no oil could drain back down to ruin the clean surface. Everything I could think of to prevent a leak from reappearing, I did.

Where though man? That would most likely mean the front side of the block (which is dry) or the RMS which is brand new with plenty of RTV as well and torqued to spec.

No, I haven't been back under the car since Saturday. But I'm still pretty sure it wouldnt be residual since I did clean it up very well. I know I did that for a fact. I'll get back under it this weekend and let you know what I find out.
