when does the fuel pump FIRST start running?
If the car if off-
1. when you turn the key to "on"
2. when you turn the key past on, to run the starter,
????

It primes with the key in the ON position.
It only runs continually when the engine is running.
Exactly as I told you in your other thread...
So, why do you ask?
