You can re-heat the headlights, and press them together using the same adhesive that was originally holding them together. If you feel that it still needs some extra sealing then yes, that rtv silicone can be used on the outside at the seams.

You can probably use that stuff as long as you still have the metal clips to help keep the lense to the housing.

Looking for Custom HID's with Iron-Man LED's?

I just found out that you can have HID's custom for the 4th gen ready for plug and play. I've been looking all over this forum and no one has mention this guy.

Check out his site:HIDILLUSIONZ.com

Hey i need a pair of these.

You're right.... I got a quote the other day and his price was 1700 not including shipping and a extra 150 for iron-man led's. I responed to his email with... Man you must have lose your damn mine. I see why everyone is making them themselves and they look just as good maybe better.

I'm sorry for posting that info guys. So Kzoosho how much are yours?

Just as kzoosho stated and as stated on HIDplanet, the Nissan Butyl is probably the best way to go. Silicone would work as well, but messier and not as easy to work with if you have to open them up again.
