just out of curiosity how many people are using an rpm switch?
this swap is goin down on my max next wednesday and thats what i will be using.

 

I'm waiting for block off plates for everything on my swap. I will not be running a VIAS or an RPM switch. Lots of top end this way. Much like schmellyfart's set up.

 

where is every1 getting ther iacv plates from? Im gathering my parts as we speak.

 

Mine is being custom made by my buddies dad. He works at a machine shop.

 

I'm about to use a vafc to tune mine with the set up

 

How much if you wouldnt mind me ask?

 

$10 for materials and $5 for lunch.

A machine shop quoted me over $300 to do all the 5 plates that I needed.

 

I have a rpm switch. I feel like I am probably leaving some hp behind because I dont have vafc or emanage. I am not sure if i will ever get around to tuning itvwith either of those.

I bought my adapters from Stephen Max.

Go to the all motor section and search that forum, there are plenty of 00VI swap threads. Almost every is just swapping the intake not the complete motor.

 

Should be picking up my plates this weekend. Can't wait.
