Window base screws... part number?

Title says it,
Looking for part number or a place online that sells them. They're also used in other areas in the door panels. I assume there's a good reason why the windows are not just bolted to the track.. If anyone has gone that route successfully let me know; but I'm guessing the hot/cold weather might be an issue there.

TIA
