Clock AFR mod

who did the AFR read out mod in their clock? i want to steath mod mine like that instead of having a big bulky gauge hang off my A-pillar. yes i have searched and cant find it

im pretty sure it was a AFR, it could have been on an auto thou i cant remember. the car had a black interior thou that much i remember
