i was wondering if the frame was to be push in would it still be fixable or not
and is it okay to driving it like this?

Frame looks to be ok by the pics you posted. The radiator core support will have to be replaced, along with the bumper(not just the bumper cover).
But drive it like that? You have no lights or signals. Probably not.

the frame is all push in tho is it still fixable?

What 'frame' are you talking about? Can you take a picture of exactly what you're referring to?

The only thing you've posted a picture of is a bent up radiator support, which is of course fixable. You can fix anything, it'll just take time and money.
