Motor Mounts

I got an Infiniti I30t, 1998. My motor mounts are completely shot makin my ride horrible. My mounts are the electronic ones and I cant find them anywhere, does anyone know where i could get them?

And does it really matter if i use the electronic mounts, would the non-electronic ones suffice? Thanks.

Non electric ones are fine and you wont notice any difference using them over the electric.

They're controlled by the PCM to prevent shaking at idle. Kind of like a shock absorber for engine vibration.

^ and only automatics had it. I believe there is only one tho and its the front mount. It makes since to be only for the auto because we 5 speeders can put it in neutral anytime we want.

Never did a write-up for it when I did mine last summer but its not that difficult. If you have the original mounts which were made from aluminum on passenger side and tranny side, then you have to get the updated bolts and washers for them. As for the ones on the crossmember, all you do is jack the front part up on jack stands and remove the crossmember 4 bolts along with the motor mounts and drop (providing that your radiator support is not rusted to hell).
