crankshaft pulley replacement

Does the front oil seal need to be replaced when installing new crankshaft pulley?
How long does it take usually to do the whole job?

I would.
The job time depends on how mechanically proficient you are

It's up to you on replacing the seal, it is inexpensive and easy to change. It's not a difficult job to do, so it shouldn't be more than a couple hours.
