exhaust gases
Can anyone tell me how get rider of exhaust gases that comes inside the car during driving. How i can be sure of it?
Cause it causes me hed****.
I have 98' A32 4th. gen Max
and I recntly got it replaced the B pipe. Also was remade the y pipe y part.
It has been checked be several experts and they all say that the pipe is ok.
My muffler tip is also little bit wider than standard , I am sure it does not cause it?
Also the gaskets have been changed also, the cat gaskets are OEM. But I cannot drive with it in this condition. any comments?

First make sure the exhaust system isn't leaking.
Second, the HVAC system should always have fresh air entering the cabin. Some guys like to use the Rec. button, but that's not a good idea. Also check the one way check valves down in the lower rear quarter pannels. Make sure they are working correctly and not stuck closed. By default, fresh air should flow from the front via the HVAC system and out the check valves in the rear quarters. Fresh air enters from the front cowling, make sure it's free of any debris and again, make sure you don't have an exhaust leak. Have your mechanic check the EGR system as that may be leaking exhaust fumes in the engine compartment, which can enter the cowl intake area.
