Is this true? Take a look. Spark plugs that give you 8 hp?

Re: is this for real?

Too good to be true. I've been told never to try to gain horsepower from spark plugs. They should only be swapped as a response to other mods that may require a different heat range or gap setting.

The only time spark plugs will really make a difference is when your old ones are nearly worn out when you replace them.

How much? How will you ship it? Man those spark plugs and your gas would make me faster than a sc for a fraction of the price!

Denso Iridium Plugs Not Only Come with a Lifetime Warranty, but will produce Power Gains on every Car they are used on. Denso Itself tested a Civic 1.8 L race engine and gained 60 HP by switching to their Denso Iridium Plugs over the best Plugs out there.

Come the F|_|CK ON!! Guys I know some of you are young and don't recognize the shaft when it's coming up behind you, but this one's pretty obvious.

Who needs a supercharger when you can strap on 60HP with just the plugs costing only 70 bucks. What a deal huh. Man combine this with my tornado air filter and I am looking at a 12 second max already. Imagine adding the Y pipe.

Actually they did gain about 60 hp on a drag race civic highly modified engine. It was no street car and there were also other tweaks made to the engine. I might try the plugs soon just to see if there is any noticable diff. I doubt it.

Iridium Atomic number = 77 Atomic weight = 192.22
Platinum Atomic number = 78 Atomic weight = 195.08

The properties seem just a bit to close to make much difference.

Man if you spend that much money on spark plugs, maybe you should be driving a civic and believe the claims!

Maxima.org stickers would be your best bet. Since i put mine on, my 0-60 time as well as my 1/4 mile time have both dropped significantly. I have yet to dyno it to see the actual horsepower gains, but i will post the results as soon as i get them.
