Short term fuel trim?
I am getting a periodic EGR (0400 code) / ACV. Looking at the data stream on my obdii I noticed the 'short term fuel trim B1S1 was 099% and B2S1 was 000% - that seems wacky. Any ideas if that could be related to a dirty ACV/ injector or something else? I'm feeling like the engine might be a bit laggy and the fuel economy isn't great - but that might be msu.

is your engine bogging on idle??...cuz can be your EGR valve stuck open...or flows more gas its supposed.....check out for a vacuum leak on this side of the engine too, or as you said maybe an injector leak..take your fuel pressure...
