Question about leather seats

I have a 98 Maxima SE with cloth and no power seats. I found all leather seats with both power. What needs to be done in order for me to instal the front seats. I looked under the seat, and I saw a harnes, both of the sides are the same. Is that the harnes that needs to conected. If anybody know, please let me know.

Thanks, Andrei

I just added leather seats in my basic '95 max, all the connectors are the same except the leather has a 3 connector which is for the heatead seats, but everything else is the same thing, fits perfect and looks so much better, and by the way, the passenger fron seat has no power its manual, only the driver side is auto

why do you want leather? for the looks?? Mine came with leather and power front seats ( both) and I'd rather it have come with cloth. feels better and you don't slide. I'm not interested in trading my seats for cloths ones but if mine came with cloth I would have enjoyed it more. just my opinion. Oh, and I hate the power seats!! too slow and just a pain!!
