Replaced my old tired seats with some clean non-heated leather seats from what appears a 95,96 i30.

Ran into 2 problems:
1- the back of the Driver seat don't go Up & Down(power seat function)!! The one I had before did! All the power functions work besides that. back & forth, tilt, front up & down all work.

2. The passenger seat is Extremely low, and Up & down are not functions of the power seats. Is there a way to open it up and somehow move the seats up?

anyone have experience with this power seat issue? maybe something mechanical is broke?

check and make sure that the metal tabs under the seat bottom are not bent into the seat cushion. and the switch might be bad on the new seats you should be able the switch out the ones from your old seat if you still have them.

if you were closer I have a set of black leather seats in my out building
