Clutch engagement problem

I might have a thread on this i dont remember.. But, Im having a weird issue with the clutch in my maxima. Heres the lowdown.

5 speed swap.
Keyvalue clutch and pressure plate and tob
New master and slave and SS clutch line and new fluid
New clutch pedal
I do have the 17mm spacer for the master to firewall

Heres what happens..

Basically the clutch engagement position is real quick.. If the pedal travel is from 0 to 10 i can only get the clutch to engage (from on to full off) from like 2-4..

Now i have adjusted the pedal im multiple positions and all that does is move that point around.. so it will go to 6-8 or 7-9 and so on..

Basically its real hard to drive because the clutch engages way to quickly for the amount of pedal movement.. i have drive other maximas they are completely different.. the clutch is a lot more linear.. where mine is bell shaped..

I have bleed it multiple times so i know it not air.. what do you guys think.. im almost leaning to getting another clutch

is that a stock clutch u bought? SOunds like clutch fork or somethin internal to tranny. Especially since u bed lines, new master and slave, adjusted pedal, and new lines. Sounds like the clutch or pp might be issue. 4 or 6 puck?

let me see if i am fully understanding....u are saying the clutch engagement and disengagement is too quick. For instance, u dont have to push all the way to the floor to switch gears fluidly. Instead u can be off the floor, maybe an inch and the gear transitions are smooth with no tranny resistance??

Might jus be because its a brand new clutch. whenever i have replaced a clutch it has felt "extra engagey", if u will. Thats jus how a new one feels.

no this thing has like 5k on it.. what it does it the point of engagement is like 1 inch.. the friction point isnt spread over the pedal range its concentrated at on point.. all i can do is move the point around but i cant increase it

so engagement length is one inch? I see what u mean. Yeah my clutch doesnt do that at all. But my entire clutch system is 13 yrs old. I drove a new car and the clutch pedal felt the way u describe. Its disorienting but i guess u can get used to it. not exactly sure if a broken in clutch wd feel better?
