Suspension Advice- questionable repair?

I brought my car to a shop to get inspected, among things I expected they listed these as things that needed to be fixed.

1)Front Link Pins need to be replaced

2)Right Front Control Arm bushings have play in them

I replaced most of my suspension pieces a few years ago and put in all ES bushings. These guys are trying to say that oil got on the bushing and that's what made it corrode or something....that make sense to anyone?
There is some oil down there on the side they said, but only from being sloppy when changing the oil.
The link pins, I put all ES bushings there too, but they're saying the ball part of the link pin has play in it.

Anyone got ideas if all this is plausible?

it's plausible, because "wear & tear" is the enemy of all parts on the car. the link joints will get play over time regardless of having "es bushings". and the bushings themselves are not oil-proof, they're only "oil resistant"...read that as slows down, not stops. they last longer but.... from the ES site :
HYPER-FLEX™ replacement polyurethane components stand up well to contaminants that often destroy rubber and have been engineered to give longer-lasting performance and not compress permanently.

1) Replace the links

2) First stop the oil leak, then replace the bushings.
