4th gen shocks and springs in 5th gen?

I recently installed Eibach springs and Tokiko shocks in my 97 i30 and really like them. However I keep seeing these amazing new 2002 Maximas and i35's and really want one of them... can I swap my shocks, will the 4th gen shocks and springs fit the 5th gen car? Will the dealer do this to get my business?

thanks,
mark

I don't believe 4th gen susuension components fit into 5th gen. The mounts are different on the struts. Springs might be different as well.
