Just so everyone knows. I ended up switching over the upper intake manifold. It had a vacuum line coming out of the top the 1995 did not. and it had all the evap stuff on the 1998 manifold anyway. I switched over the egr vacuum lines and such, the egr system in itself was the same. the catalytic converters are a diffrent shape, the 1995's just look way nicer. I kept them I dont know if it'll throw codes yet or not. The throttle body had a different tps in it. two plugs on the '98 one on the '95 the 1998 has a better looking injection system in that the got rid of the fuel mountain climb in the loop side of the fuel rail, however the rails themselves are the same. I used to 1995 fuel rails because the 1998 had damage from the other engine blowing up, the engine is in an wired im still waiting on a clutch to re-install the trans.
