96 max... parking light and blinker problem

Ok guys i just boguht a 96 5 speed max... the idiot i bought it from tried to rewire the corner lamps with the bumper lights and screwed it all up.. i figured reconnecting factory colors together would put it back to oem setup, however it didnt do anything, they still dont work and all the fuses are good,no rear parking lights either, are these lights setup as a whole or are they seperate? also if anyone could help try to solve this for me it would be really appreciated. the car is hacked to sh*t and im finding more and more as i go..i got alot of work ahead of me however the lighting system is a safety issue so thats first please help thanks

For situations like this, I strongly suggest you download the correct fsm for your vehicle and use a tester.

The rear and front parking lamps are all connected. You may also want to check if your switch is working.

I'm sure that it's a missed fuse though.

Yeah i checked ALL the fuses, i figured it was a linked together, my problem is that none of them work at all, i have a bad socket on one of the bumper lights, its is rusted and corroded beyond repair, would that cause a problem like this?

+1 on the fuse - though if connected wrong - they could have caused the relay to burn up...
