Cat back, which one??

Alright here it is Christmas time and I have finnally saved up enough money for exhaust. I thought i wanted greddy and I think I still do but I would like some feed back from people that already have different brands. I know there is probably some thing posted some where about this but I just want to hear current comments. Thank you for your help.

I have a Greddy, and I love it! It has an aggressive growl, especially when you compare to a Honda. The only bad thing, is it drones at 2500 rpms...other than that, i love it!

catbacks dont do anything cept make loud noise. maybe a 1hp gain to none. best set up would be intake, ypipe, rt cat, custom catback with stock muffler. (maybe a 2.25" bpipe with no resonator)

unless you like it loud.. personally its annoying me sometimes.

Cat backs

FYI, Dallas and I will be releasing our mandrel bent cat backs in a week or so. We had plans to do it earlier but work on the sub frames has taken priority. I will post when we are ready.MikeyMax I thought the Apexi's were not 2.5 but 2.25??? We also have high flow cats, and will be offering 1 or 2 304SS mufflers sold separately , sort of a bring your own muffler if you want to set up.

Ya, I'm looking at getting the Warpspeed one myself hopefully sometime next week, along with a new Y-pipe.

From what Dallas was telling me yesterday, Warpspped are the onlyones to make a 2.5" b-pipe. I'm really starting to like Warpspeed, cause he told me what price range the subframes are roughly going to cost, and I am sold.

Greedy is very good stuff, if price is not an object. If you have the money, go for it. If not, look into possibly getting the y-pipe and have the shop make you a custom cat-back and a good muffler. Be careful, cause that's what I did and it's pretty loud.

i def. sound and look tough with the greddy catback, even if the h/p is not there it gives the appearance that it is. I say go for that.
