Cap/Hub does not fit on rim
#4
Yaas - I had a similar problem when I put rims from a Mazda on. The hub dust cap on the car is too big for the hole in the rim, right ? I just beat the hll out of the cap till it fit. Later when I did brakes, i just left it off ... that was 2 years ago. Eventually it'll f--- the bearings, but modern bearings are 'sealed' so it'll be a long time unless I go off-road.
I suggest you pull the caps and forget it. Maybe someone here will come up with a part number that'll fit under the rim cap, but the dealer wouldn't try to check ... no measurements on his computer list.
Good luck if you try to find something.

I think he is trying to put the stock maxima center cap on the G wheels in which case that is not possible. If you want to keep a nissan center cap on your wheels try some 2002+ nissan center caps they are smaller diameter.
