MEVI Activation Issue

I'm having the toughest time getting my MEVI to activate properly.. here is my problem

The suction from the Fuel line passes through the vacuum canister, then to my EGRC Solenoid switch and on to my actuator.

The problem I'm having is that when I start the car and all my hoses are linked.. suction is immediately led to my MEVI actuator arm pulling it back instantly just on start up... and the funny thing is when my engine hits 5300 the actuator closes.... then re OPENS again as the car falls back towards idle... so.. the SWITCH MOTION is working great!

though...My MEVI vacuum line is working backwards... It should be shut on startup and it should pull back when it hits 5300RPM.. what is my issue here? A vacuum line ran wrong? I just swapped my EGRC switch so i don't believe that is the issue..

What is ur activation switch? Most have a point where they activate and then deactivate at a lower rpm.

Yeah there was a member here at a WA meet with a MEVI and he said he needed a RPM switch to make it work properly but he couldn't find one.

EDIT: Whoops never mind haha I see you already have a switch

If you want try messaging Blackwind he has a MEVI and I think everything is hooked up just right except for the missing switch.

If you follow this wiring/vacuum diagram, you'll have no issues.
