BG fuel induction and injection flush, yeah or nah?
I went to get a real good oil change at a reputable place and they said I needed plugs, a new air filter(both things I'm changing out tommorow)and also said that I needed a BG products Fuel Induction and Injection flush. Has anyone done this and if so, did it make as huge of an improvement and they say it does or is it just a scam to get more money for a service we don't need. I've had the car for about 3 years now and it's got 160k on it. What do you guys think?

but does it really make the engine last longer and run better in the long run? Like if I had an extra $200 laying around, is it worth doing it for that price or not?

short answer No.
there's no magic cure just like the pills that add 3 inches to your johnson don't work lol.
it may help a bit but your best bet is to do the reg maint list that here on the forums if your looking to take care of her. like TB, IACV, ERG. they all take work nott just a bottle with mystery fluid.
Even good shops have sales quotas they may believe in them to some extent but there is always an exterior motive. Would they pay full price and use it in their cars? recommend it to their friends and family? Prolly not. not saying they are trying to take you for a ride, just sayin ive been in sales and ive seen other reps justify selling things they shouldn't necessarily
