hids will not turn on!!!!! goddamnit!!!

ok, right side headlight was flickering on a little bit, but one night 2 weeks ago they would'nt come back on at all until 45 minutes or so later. now, ( thursday night ) they wont come on at all and i didnt hear the clicking noise i usually hear. its a ddm raptor hid kit with d2s bulbs and they're in a retrofit projector that another member made for me. what the fawk is keeping them from turning on????!!?!!!! the harness is homemade, it worked for a few weeks, checked all connections, fuses, one seemed kinda loose but not blown. hid guru's step in!!! thanks>>>>>>>
